Connext is a non-custodial cross-chain messaging and liquidity protocol. Routers run by independent operators bridge assets and execute calls across chains; the protocol secures movement through HOP-style liquidity pools and cryptographic intent-matching, without locking users behind a fixed validator set.
The project rebranded several times (NXTP, Amarok, the Everclear evolution) but the constant has been a focus on fast, capital-efficient L1-L2 and cross-L2 communication. NEXT is the governance token.
