Developers configure a Sovereign Consensus / Interchain Security Module appropriate to their security requirements — multisig, ZK proof, optimistic, or custom.
The model trades a single global validator set for per-deployment configurability, suitable for app-specific chains that want first-class interop. HYPER is the protocol token.
