M^0 is a decentralized stablecoin middleware that lets institutional issuers mint cryptodollars (M tokens) against attested off-chain collateral such as Treasuries. The protocol provides the issuance, accounting, and reserve-attestation layer; participating institutions handle distribution and custody of the underlying.

The product targets a future where many entities issue their own dollar-pegged tokens against shared infrastructure rather than each building from scratch. POWER is the governance token.
