Resolv

Resolv issues USR, a stablecoin fully backed by ETH-based positions and pegged to the U.S. dollar through a delta-neutral hedging strategy. The protocol’s distinguishing feature is its insurance pool — RLP — which absorbs adverse PnL on the basis position so USR’s peg holds even under stress.

The RLP/USR split lets risk-on holders earn the residual yield of the basis trade while USR holders enjoy a more stable claim. RESOLV is the governance token.
