Lofty fractionalizes single-family rental properties on Algorand, letting investors buy fractional ownership in specific U.S. residential properties for as little as $50 and receive their pro-rata share of rent daily.

The project is a long-running tokenized-real-estate platform, similar in model to RealT but on Algorand and with a different jurisdictional structure on the underlying properties.
