Stellar DEX

The Stellar DEX is the native exchange built directly into the Stellar consensus layer. Asset issuers and traders can list any Stellar-based asset; trades execute as part of standard Stellar transaction processing without a separate smart-contract layer.

The DEX is one of the longest-running on-chain order books and predates most EVM DEXs. XLM is the network’s native asset.
