Reserve Protocol

Reserve is an issuance platform for asset-backed currencies. Anyone can deploy an RToken — a stablecoin- or index-style currency — backed by a configurable basket of underlying assets, with optional yield distribution and overcollateralization from RSR stakers who absorb losses.

The model lets multiple competing dollar-pegged currencies (eUSD, ETH+, USD3) and yield-bearing index tokens coexist, each with its own backing and governance. RSR is the protocol’s overcollateralization and governance token.
