RealT Tokens

RealT issues fractional, tokenized claims on individual U.S. residential properties. Each property is held in a dedicated LLC, divided into RealTokens that represent fractional ownership, and rents are distributed pro rata to token holders weekly.

The platform is one of the longest-running tokenized-real-estate efforts in DeFi and operates primarily on Gnosis Chain (xDAI) for low-cost rent distributions. REG is the platform’s governance token.
