Multichain (formerly Anyswap) was a cross-chain router protocol that connected dozens of EVM and non-EVM chains for asset movement. Following an operational incident in 2023 the protocol effectively halted, though the contracts remain on-chain.
MULTI was the protocol’s token. Historical TVL still reflects assets that remain locked in the bridge contracts.
