Midas is a tokenization protocol that issues regulatory-compliant on-chain wrappers for institutional-grade assets — short-term Treasuries, money-market funds, structured credit. Each tokenized product is structured under a regulated wrapper and is composable with DeFi protocols that integrate it as collateral.

Midas’s pitch is that DeFi composability and regulated RWAs are not in tension if the issuance layer is designed correctly; the platform handles the legal structuring and on-chain mint logic for each product.
