Linea Bridge is the canonical message bridge between Ethereum and Linea, the zkEVM rollup developed by ConsenSys. The contracts handle deposits and withdrawals between L1 and L2, and serve as the trust root for Linea’s broader interoperability surface.
As a canonical bridge for a validity-rollup, Linea Bridge inherits security from Linea’s zk proofs rather than from a separate validator set. The bridge is operated by ConsenSys today, with progressive decentralization on the Linea roadmap.
