Grove is a capital-allocation protocol within the Sky (formerly MakerDAO) ecosystem. Rather than running its own lending market or DEX, Grove deploys capital into a curated mix of tokenized real-world assets, Aave lending markets, Morpho vaults, and Curve LP positions — acting as an on-chain treasury manager.

The approach turns Sky’s reserves into a programmatic, composable allocator that adjusts exposure across DeFi venues based on risk and yield criteria set at the protocol layer. Grove operates across Ethereum, Base, Avalanche, and Plume.
