GLIF is the on-chain credit and liquid-staking layer for Filecoin’s storage-provider network. Liquidity providers deposit FIL into the pool; storage providers borrow against their pledged storage to scale operations, and LPs earn yield from the borrow demand.

The model is a DePIN-credit hybrid — yield is anchored to physical-storage utilization rather than crypto-market rates. GLF is the governance token.
