BCAP is a tokenized fractional interest in Blockchain Capital’s Digital Liquid Venture fund, one of the original tokenized venture-fund securities. Holders gain non-voting economic exposure to a portfolio of crypto-native venture investments managed by Blockchain Capital.

BCAP is a Reg D-style security limited to qualified purchasers and was a pioneering example of bringing private fund interests fully on-chain. Its presence on zkSync Era reflects ongoing experimentation with regulated tokenized venture products on lower-fee networks.
