Blend Pools V2 is the lending-pool framework on Stellar’s Soroban smart-contract platform. Pool creators deploy isolated lending markets with their own collateral, oracle, and risk parameters; lenders and borrowers interact with each pool independently.
The design is similar to Morpho Blue’s permissionless market creation adapted to Soroban’s runtime, and it’s one of the largest DeFi venues on Stellar’s smart-contract layer.
